“As a lawyer for 20 years, I spent an infinite amount of time filling out paper registers for my clients' companies: handwritten share registers, minutes registers that had to be printed on stubborn copiers, usually the night before an operation, resulting in sleepless nights. In short, my register life was a mess!
With decrees No. 2018-1226 and No. 2019-1118, the legislator allowed these registers to be kept online, in a dematerialized way, but with strong technical conditions to ensure security: blockchain, electronic signatures, etc.
Thanks to a consortium of experts, we can now offer you a solution that is legal, easy to use and secure (with blockchain technology used by Judicial Officers): my life has changed!
To all accountants, lawyers, and legal departments in France: I hope yours changes too!
Me Franz Vasseur”
